George Maluleka wants to make things right this season

Kaizer Chiefs midfielder George Maluleka has revealed that the club is eager to make things right this season.

“It’s been quite a while, about three months or so. I’ve been working my way back. The guys have been motivating me making sure that always I’m in good hands. I’m very proud of the boys and I’m grateful with the amount of effort they put in tonight,” Maluleka told SuperSport TV in the aftermath.

“With the team that we have there’s a lot of quality and we have a lot to offer. It’s been a difficult three years or so we want to make sure that we make things right this season.

“There’s a lot to offer you can see the team was changed today – the other guys were given a rest because of the game on Saturday. But we came out to show that we’re one team and there’s one philosophy we followed it tonight.”

“It gets tough but it’s also good for the team because you give your best all the time. It’s good for competition, it’s good for the next guy so we push ourselves to the limit,” Maluleka concluded.
