Arsenal new boy, Henrikh Mkhitaryan eager to play with Mesut Ozil

Arsenal’s new signing from Manchester United, Henrikh Mkhitaryan has stated that he is very excited and eager to play with “assist king” Mesut Ozil as he looks forward to his debut for the Gunners.
The Armenia International who was seen at the Emirates before the League Cup clash with Chelsea on Wednesday is likely to play his first game for Arsenal by Tuesday next week against Swansea as he couldn’t feature in their 2-1 victory over the Blues in League Cup semi-final second leg last night because he is cup-tied.
While speaking with Arsenal Player before the game, the former Borussia Dortmund forward said that he is keen on joining the likes of Ozil and the rest on the pitch.
“Here at Arsenal I know that lots of players move a lot and it’s incredible the way [the team] plays. I will do my best to assist them as well,” he said.
“I think it will be really fun to play alongside Ozil. Everyone knows he’s a fantastic player, he’s an assist king! I look forward to it.
“I admire his intelligence, the way that he can understand the game, reads the game, plus the way he gives pace to the game and of course his final decision.”
The German superstar has provided six assists while scoring four goals for the Gunners this season after stepping up his game from a poor start to the season.
It is reported that Arsenal is also close to signing their target, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Mkhitaryan’s former team, Dortmund this January as they aim to strengthen their squad for the remaining part of the season to seal their push for a top-four finish.
