Allegri calls for calm as he insists that they’ve achieved nothing yet

Juventus Manager, Massimiliano Allegri has called for calm among club fans as he insists that the club has won nothing yet while also praising star forwards Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain after their win over Udinese.

The Turin club were top of the table after their 2-0 victory over Udinese this weekend before Sunday’s late game between Inter-Napoli.

“We haven’t achieved anything yet, as the season ends in May,” the Coach warned Mediaset Premium.

“On Wednesday, we got past Tottenham to reach the next Champions League round, we beat Udinese and can now focus on Atalanta.

“We suffered a little at the start today but can only compliment the players for doing so well. Dybala is improving, the two goals against Lazio and Spurs gave him a boost mentally.

“Gonzalo Higuain is doing well too, even if he didn’t convert the penalty, as he provided the assist for Dybala’s second goal. On Wednesday there’s another crucial game that we have to win against Atalanta.”

He also has some words to say about Higuain continuing to take the penalties despite several misses

“So far this season, Higuain and Dybala missed two each, so hopefully they won’t miss any more. I had told Paulo to take it today, but that’s fine.”

Allegri when questioned about the reports that he is learning English ahead of a move to the Premier League. He answered: “No, I’m not even studying!”
